This city has a great need for in-home elder care, however, an individual may possibly not be considered (even with an extensive elder care background) due to age. It has been extremely difficult, especially now that all applications are electronic. Potential employers don't even respect you enough to call/email to decline your application. They just don't contact you at all. It is a huge shame (and unprofessional) because i have a lot of experience and could prove to be an asset, but I am not even granted a conversation to discuss my background. They allow the computer to decide if you are worthy of an interview, based on answers provided on the multiple assessments required to complete

This area seems to be very friendly from what I can see I just moved back to the area a few months ago. The neighbors in my area seem willing to help if needed, and appears to be a friendly environment from what I could see.

Its very friendly because every store has the kindest and caring people working. Also strangers would give a hand if someone is struggling in any means.
