Centralina Area Agency on Aging (AAA) strives to support and enhance the capacity of service and advocacy systems to promote independence, preserve dignity and advocate for the rights of older and disabled adults and their families.
The Centralina AAA serves a nine county region and is an “on-the-ground” organization charged with helping vulnerable older adults and people with disabilities live with independence and dignity in their homes and communities. THE "MOST CONCERNING" ASPECT IS HOW THE "YOUNGER EMPLOYEES" LOOK WITH DISPAIR UPON AN "OLDER EMPLOYEE" EVEN BEING HIRED AND WORKING WITH THEM!!! THEY VIEW IT AS "TAKING POTENTIAL MONEY OUT OF THEIR POCKETS"!!! A "TRUE SIGN OF THESE TIMES"!!!
