I currently live in an apartment. Most my neighbors are around my age and work 1 or more jobs. No one really hangs around outside except the kids in the summer
The community has a youth center which hires college aged kids as well as older adults. The surrounding shops also hire workers both young and old.
I believe that most of the facilities understand how it feels to age.
Its a nice community lots of family fun activity and great schools.
