Livability

Salem Oregon use to be a beautiful city, The livability here was affordable but not so much these days. The price of rent, food, gas has gone up so much people can't even afford it. There is so much homelessness and crime nowadays that people don't feel safe. Can Salem be better, I feel it can.

It's not a safe place to live. Homeless overtake our homes.
