In the neighborhood in which I live,
It is quiet and private, we are near town and peacehealth hospital, but at the same time walks around our neighborhood our friendly (of coarse with our little dog)! I've been the primary caregiver for my mother and my father until he passed 4.5 years. This is my new passion after retirement. My 3 boys are grown. I was a horse breeder , rancher and trainer for years until I became a caregiver. I am also a nutritionist specialist and a personal trainer. I feel as if this is a perfect opportunity for your clients and myself.

This city has a very large population of senior living housing, So this makes me think it is age friendly.

Vancouver seems to be health care ready for seniors which is a plus, but like most places in America, unless  you have $750,000+ to purchase a single family house in a neighborhood were people respect each other you are stuck living around people who are disrespectful, play music at DOLBY ATMOS sound decibels, have loud parties until 2am, race down your complexes streets, and simply just have no awareness they live in a community and absolutely no care about respecting  others as they are only self interested in "growing  what I want-everyone else be damned."

Vancouver is a nice place, but for this element.
