My only experience is with Audubon and it was a five star hospital.
My deceased husband was in Audubon Hospital many times before his death and the care he received was outstanding. Loved everything about this wonderful hospital.

The hospital isn’t too bad but the billing department is the worst I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
As a patient advocate for my mother, who was intubated and medicated, when asking her doctor in the ICU for clarification over what he just told me, he said, "I'm not here to provide you with a medical degree". It was a simple question I thought. But I must be too stupid to know what is simple or not. Oh, she died. But I don't think her death held him up too badly. He didn't seem to be affected.
Spouse required to be released within 24 hours after major surgery -- then entered another Norton Hospital, passed away within 12 hours, laid 6 hours could not breath, not given any relief and suddenly passed away. No explanation given to family during the duration.
