I have experienced excellent care from the staff at this hospital.
I have always had excellent care at St Joe’s. I was just there today for a breast biopsy.
Understaffed. In more than 3 weeks no one even offered to wash my face following surgery. I was bed- bound and when I rang the call button for assistance no one responded. I was later informed by a nurse that some of the aides turned off the call lights without ever reporting the request for help. I consider this willful criminal behavior and neglect. The employees should have been reported by the nurse who was aware of the neglect of duty and the employees terminated. I will not return to this facility because I consider the care sub-standard
