The Niels Esperson Building is the only complete example of Italian Renaissance architecture in Downtown Houston. Designed by theater architect John Eberson, the Esperson building was built in 1927. It's elaborately detailed with massive columns, great urns, terraces, and a grand tempietto at the top, similar to one built in the courtyard of San Pietro in Rome in 1502.
His wife Mellie Esperson had the building constructed for her husband, Niels, a real estate and oil tycoon, and his name is carved on the side of the building, above the entrance, in large letters.

the community is quiet. many shopping centers and restaurants nearby. parks for the children to enjoy. As well for the adults to walk the trails and exercise

Everyone in the community, has contributed to growth of the community through one way or the other. It is just normal, that those who had contributed to the growth of our community in different professions and works of life, in the past who are either retired or in nursing homes or assisted living settings or even at their respective homes, still deserve to live a and lovely life.
