Currently I live in 80909 and it's more middle aged. I will be moving to 80917 and is more of an elderly community. For Colorado Springs themselves there are many senior citizen homes, some which are very nice. There are also a lot of senior citizen living apartments. The gyms here hold special workouts for the seniors as well. Overall I would say Colorado springs is very age friendly!
