I am not sure but yes I believe so
When my job was eliminated in 2010, I applied to over 1000 jobs, all of which asked for date of birth or if I was born before 1955 - I was unable to find any employment; and to my amazement programs to assist anyone out of work and over age 55 were non-existent or could provide no direction or resources. Public transportation in this area is very limited.
The people that are in the neighborhood are very friendly.
