Dallas is a city in the U.S. state of Texas. It is the most populous city in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, which is the fourth most populous metropolitan area in the United States. It has many amenities that make it a desirable place for older adults to live:
- Healthcare Facilities: Dallas is home to numerous healthcare facilities, including hospitals, medical centers, and specialized clinics. The city has a robust healthcare system that can cater to the healthcare needs of older adults.
- The Dallas Area Agency on Aging (DAAA) is the department under the umbrella of the Community Council of Greater Dallas responsible for planning, advocating, coordinating resources, and providing services for seniors (persons 60+) and their caregivers in the Dallas County area.

Livability- so much action go on. Not enough working able bodied.
I highly recommend my community, very quiet, a variety of races, great schools, I have lived in Desoto 23 years with no major problems.
Needs more job opportunities in Dallas for older adults. If you don't have transportation, they do have buses running and trains but you have to get to where they are.
Developers are really rebuilding South Dallas..New Business are coming..
Community engagement not
good due race. Dallas has
proven to be as racist as
Mississippi.
