Lower cost of living and rental units
Good Medical care - low rent facilities -below average prices on basic needs
It's a vibrant growing community with a healthy mix of youth, retirees and middle age people. people are friendly, hard-working, honest and values-driven. The livability is very high and the cost of living reasonable, thus the fast rate of growth.
I believe our community is age friendly because our area isn't chalk full of bars and their are plenty of healthy activities to be in
No transportation services. No medical transportation. Difficult navigation in winter with roads and walkways often uncleared for long periods of time.
