I love my city Indianapolis, IN. I grew up here, graduated High School from here. I have so many friends and family living here. This is a Midwestern city and the people are friendly, engaging, sports friendly.
My community have middle age from 50 to 88 yrs old in my community. We take care of each other by being very wise in what going on in our neighbor hood
Indianapolis has several facilities for seniors to go for socializing and a lot of them provide transportation. I feel like the city could use more senior housing.
we have know help from our city government hear on the west side they do nothing for us but this west side is a fine place to live most people are very nice and good people our local government is doing a fine job the city puts us last when ever we have a need from them
Indianapolis is my home town and have lived here most of my life. Due to a job loss last year, it has been very difficult to find another job. I have experienced much age discrimination despite having the qualifications and skills needed for the positions. I now work two jobs and barely get by every month and not even close to retiring. For the first time in my life, I am considering leaving Indy and going somewhere else where they hopefully do not discriminate.
