It's friendly because the people living within the environment are lovely, caring and awesome.
It's unfriendly only if you choose not to be friendly with them.
As for me, I always get along with people of all age regardless of region, tribe, nationality, cultural backgrounds or ethnicity
Everybody is healthy and very social people.
I don't see a lot of Elders I also don't spend a lot of time in this community I'm not from here.
A lot of work , very educational and the transportation is amazing
