Age-friendly communities are important because they not only provide the services and infrastructure to promote health, but also address other serious issues, such as poverty and social isolation. In fact, one of the primary goals of the AFCC framework is encouraging social participation
It's located in a relatively quiet cul de sac with beautiful waterfront views.
The area is nice and quiet.
It's quiet
Our 55+ community was built 40 yrs. ago so age-friendly is what we are. We have activities, two heated pools & clubhouses, a bus to go shopping, lawns are mowed & watered, a caring board of directors/ Homeowners Association, & a small golf course, nice friendly neighbors.
