I was sent to the ER at Beaumont Grosse Pointe from my physician's office for a severe infection, I had never been to that facility before and I received great care... the ER staff had been called ahead of my arrival by my physician and got me in and started treatment quickly.

I had my hip replaced there 5 years ago. I was 100% satisfied. The doctor, nurses and staff were wonderful.

Just came home from there after surgery. As far as nurses most were great one could care less example heart patients I didn't get heart monitor? Blood pressure second day was 106/44 next reading a few hours later 102 /42 asked nurse about it and her response was oh your blood pressure is fine an hour later my heart started racing and had mild AFIB no one answered or came for twenty minutes.just turned off light three AFIB attacks finally the nurse called Doctor !In three days never showered , or even washed face,changed sheets or even tried to straightened them out , the only consistent things were food and meds. I was in this facility for over a week with pneumonia and I have a five stars now I would give a ZERO if I could.
Will not used this place again!

Was examined very thoroughly as an er patient September 2020 for head pain during the height of the pandemic. Everyone was thorough and polite throughout the long night for all of us. Then, in summer of 2021, I went through the women's health care system, from mammogram, to two biopsies, then a bilateral mastectomy. Couldn't ask for better care and reassurance from everyone involved, from the mammo techs, radiology nurses, my surgeon, and, of course, the post surgical dept.
