I had a great experience. Nurses and CENAs very attentive. Went in with Pulmoanary Embolism very ill. Great, attentive care.

I feel I had attentive care. The nurses and doctors let me know who they were as shift changed and checked periodically to see if I needed something. It was my first experience in a hospital in Michigan.

I was almost murdered in that hospital, by their staff !

Spent 7 days in ICU. Nurses very attentive. Good experience. Learned you could request a different nurse if you felt they were not as responsive as you felt you needed/wanted. Have been in R.O. Beaumont several times and was overall very satisfied with the care that I was given.

Under staffed in many departments. Technology use of EHR/EMR is useful, however having nurses attached to cell phones means interruption to quality care for patients. As a patient in the observation unit for 4 days in June 2021, it was obvious this practice of cell phone usage was compromising my care. I had a need for IV therapy and a tourniquet was left on my arm for over 20 minutes before I realized it. My RN should have been able to place the line in a few moments uninterrupted. Instead it took several minutes due to constant interruption and the attention given was subpar and potentially harmful. There needs to be a staff person triaging these communications and delegating tasks in a manner that does not affect the quality of care that patients expect and deserve.

NO absolutely not. Worst hospital in Mich along with Beaumont Troy which is even worse than RO.

i was sent there for a blood clot in my leg, i sat in the lobby for 6 hour before even getting into triage. worst part was a ambulance brought in a woman in the middle of a heart attack and she was in the lobby with me the whole time no one checked on her, i believe she died while i was in the triage, she should have been brought back before me. will never go to this place again. it used to be a top hospital until they got greedy during covid, now you couldnt pay me enough to go there.

They have changed some of the nurses are not into their jobs. I sat in wet pee for an hour before some one came to clean me up. Also I wrang the nurse for pain meds waited an hour nurse came in and wrote her name on the board and walked out. I’m sorry my pain means more than me knowing my nurses name

I was assaulted by a staff member of that hospital, and the hospital did "NOTHING" about, the service is awful and the food is garbage !
