The area has changed over a five year period. It is very expensive in terms of housing. People are not friendly. Neighbors do not know one another. Newer residents are presumptuous. A transient community because of many governmental employees. Merchants charge high prices with the assumption that all residents are well off.
It has several living options for older persons. It has numerous living facilities where older persons live as individuals that have much to offer society and their communities.

Thai area is age friendly because it's convient. Different ethnicities in this area. Also everybody is so friendly.
