My mom was placed there after a bad fall and had no one local to take care of her as I live in Florida, her first night was horrible no tv,needed a diaper change and nurse?yelled at her,she also had covid and should have been in a different unit which she was placed the next day, again no tv and sat in wet diaper diaper for to long, when I flew up the next day I witnessed staff hanging around and on cellphones (nighttime)at med time they had it wrong gave her day pills at night and some night at day the treatment was horrible and I had to call coperate office (Steve)as I called at 8.30am and left messages for head nurse and social worker to call me,after reaching out to Steve around noon I received a 3way call and expressed my concerns about not receiving any call back from the Neville ctr,the food was under par, cold meals that should have been hot, some items not on tray, mom was not on a restricted diet, never got toast with bkst or bread at dinner, I have been a chef for many years and even worked in assisted living in Florida,so I do know diets and portions,my mom also came home with uti and ecoli from dirty diapers I could go on and on about:care:?at Neville not all staff were illmanered but most were, the only time I felt good about going there was meeting April at the front desk she is such a happy person. I don’t complain much in life but it is my mom and at 86she deserves to be treated with respect,Neville should send in a person like undercover boss, and witness first hand the treatment, when all the SUITS leave nighttime is a different story it’s all baby sitters,I really hope my post helps others to reconsider going to a different place. I believe that the staff is in need of empathy training
