Depends on ones age. Great for families with kids. For older adults, close to center so if you can walk up the hill can get to center. Unfortunately, there is not THAT much at the center of town. Easy access to commuter rail.
LOTS of retirees live on Cape Cod. Town has Council on Aging. There is also low income housing. I have not witnessed or experienced any age discrimination.
Arlington..... walking and bicycling paths, bus transportation, activities for young children through to elders. Also, living accommodations includes family housing, low cost housing, rentals, condos, smaller houses, and larger houses.
We have 2 parks within home walking distance, and we have schools, an outdoor movie screen.People are more family oriented esp near my domicile.Lots of activities for kids.
It is too urban with people moving too often to know each other. It's a very diverse community. Additionally, it is Massachusetts culture to keep to yourself.
I live in a wonderful little village for the elderly. We just moved here a month ago and have not got to know the area. Our neighbors have been wonderful.
This part of town is where the population is of my age or older the condo I purchased also has more of my age group. North Chelmsford is where I grew up and most from this part of Chelmsford have moved back
Everyone is welcome to move here they want alot of younger people but anyone from ten to one hundred is welcome.its close to public transportation and crime is low.
This area we live in on a lake. The majority of these houses are passed down through generations. By the time the house is inherited the adults inheriting are on the mature side.
Very friendly with parks and activities for all ages. Parades, fairs, concerts. Great places to eat, movies and even bowling. Concerts on the common are great
