This is a family neighborhood. Most residents have school aged children. That said, there are also many older residents. There is a park, soccer field, riding trials. While I do think on some level, it is welcoming to residents of all ages, the reality is that the tax rate is difficult to manage for senior citizens.
I find that many activities are available to me from walking clubs tho social meetings They also have many community activities such as neighbourhood beautifying things
Everyone regardless of age is welcome. We watch out for our neighbors. There are people young and old from all walks of life. It doesn't matter how long you've lived here.
lot of different ages and people; people have lived there awhile and there are also new younger generations moving in. The neighborhood welcomes all.
Neighbors help neighbors. Very friendly, environment conscious community. Diversity is slowing building in this small city. Great to see progress and change.
My current neighborhood has a nice park nearby to enjoy and is walkable to businesses such as shops and restaurants and bars. Several churches are also nearby.
everyone in all age groups are friendly and helpful They look out for one another and always willing to lend a helping hand there is a very nice common where they have a farmers market and weekly concerts and they also have a few block parties every year
play grounds , nature walks , senior living, community activities geared for young families and seniors concerts, parades, veterans honoring celebrations, gobble woggle thanks giving activity held in town ,
Our active senior center with excellent ongoing activities, health-related talks, exercise classes, etc. The center is well supported by the City of Newton. Also the Parks and Recreation does activities for all ages including senior trips.
I live in an over 55 community so everyone is middleaged to elderly. The rents are capped at a cost of living increase so is affordable to people on a fixed income. People in general are helpful and friendly.
